The Zhenphen Hearing Care (ZHC) has been the first and the only professional hearing aid service provider in Bhutan since 2020. It provides the professional hearing aid services through the qualified Audiologists who are skilled in hearing aids and hearing aid fitting.
The Emblem for Zhenphen Hearing Care was created to depict its role towards the nation’s hearing care and achieving improved hearing among those with hearing disabilities.
The image of two hands on either side is the symbol of care. The letter “Z” in the center stands for “zhenphen” which in Dzongkha means ‘to be useful to others’.
The two ears display the symbol of our target population with hearing problems and with assistive listening devices.
The wave connecting two ears shows the ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) wave with normal morphology, which signifies that we aim to connect and achieve improved or near normal hearing for those with hearing difficulties.
The sky blue color is the color of peace, optimism and reduction of stress and anxiety. Hence we aim and wish that our clients benefit from our services and have improved quality of life.
